I hereby authorize BYD Promos PH to process and share my personal data with accredited BYD Philippines dealers and their partner financing institutions or banks, for the purpose of facilitating financing for my purchase of a BYD vehicle, including verification, customer profiling, cross-checking, and credit investigation.
In this regard, my personal information may also be shared with the accredited dealer's or financing partner's branches, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, or third-party service providers involved in processing my application. I am also aware that the details of how my personal data will be processed, and the rights available to me, are set out in BYD Promos PH's Privacy Policy, and may also be governed by the concerned dealer's or bank's own Privacy Policy Statement.
