Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026 — replace with your actual publish date.

BYD Promos PH ("we," "us," or "this site") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, model interest, and any message you type when you submit the contact form or request a quote.
• Information collected automatically — standard technical data such as your browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location (city-level), collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the promo information you asked for.
• To introduce you, with your consent, to an accredited BYD Philippines dealer who can complete a sale.
• To understand how visitors use this site so we can improve content and navigation.
• To serve relevant advertising, as described in Section 3.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Cookies and advertising

This site may display advertisements served by Google and other third-party advertising partners through Google AdSense. These partners may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to collect information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices.

Replace this section with your actual ad network and analytics providers before publishing, and add a cookie-consent banner if you serve visitors in regions that require one (for example, under GDPR or similar laws).

4. Analytics

We may use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand site traffic and usage patterns. These services may use their own cookies and collect data independently of this site's cookies.

5. Data retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, where applicable, to facilitate a dealer referral, after which it is deleted or anonymized on a reasonable schedule.

6. Your choices

• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you've submitted by emailing sales@bydpromos.ph.
• You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not function properly as a result.

7. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
